Central London is made up geographically by the districts of Pimlico, Holborn, Chelsea Westminster and Victoria and all of them are a mix of residential, business and entertainment and government districts and while some are more residential than others, all of them exert a dynamic influence over the capital as whole, for workers, businesses, entertainment and transport infrastructure integration.

Regardless of where you want or intend to live in and around central London, each of the districts in the area is unique and the style of the architecture, the local neighbourhood layout and overall amenities vary over the whole area.

Moving into central London needs to be well thought out before jumping in, not least the monthly rental being charged for the property you eventually decide on moving into.

But oh, if it were only that simple; indeed there are many things to consider before moving into a flat or apartment in any of the districts of central London, some mentioned here and some not, but at least this will give you an idea of what to look out for when renting a flat of apartment in the area.

First of all do you entertain a lot and if so is the place big enough, is it a studio flat, a loft apartment or flat which has more than one bedroom where guests or family can stay when visiting, does it have large rooms and is it furnished in a style you like?

Indeed, if it is unfurnished is it going to look like a cavernous aircraft hanger with hardly any furniture in because you own so very little or will all of your furniture fit if the rooms are small, and if you are moving in with furniture, what is the access like, is it easy and wide or difficult and narrow? Is it a stairwell access is there a lift and where can you safely park a car if indeed you own one, and if not, can you store a bicycle if you own one for travelling around the area.

There are many more things to consider and we always listen to what our clients want type of accommodation is required and where they want to live in central London so we can give you as many options as possible to find the best value apartment or flat to rent.
